Estate Planning for Seniors
As much as we love to meet clients at every stage of life, seniors are our bread and butter. As incoming President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Attorney Greenfield's practice focuses primarily on estate planning, benefits consulting and asset protection planning for seniors. Plans for seniors always include durable powers of attorney, health care documents including health care proxies and living wills, last wills and testaments and often trusts. However each and every estate planning conference starts with the same question: What are your primary goals and objectives? This is important for all of our clients but most critical for our seniors. We want our senior clients to know that they are in the driver's seat. It is their goals and objectives, mixed with their current health issues and nature of their estate that help us tailor a plan for each individual family. We take our time with our seniors so make sure we get it right. As with all estate planning matters, we flat fee our plans for seniors and the costs generally run between $1,000-$3,500.
